Good to stay if you have a car

We booked 2 rooms. One of the room was pretty massive ! the ventilation was good and facilities were ideal. The bathrooms were very clean. The facility is large enough and fine from the perspective of a chain hotel. The breakfast was very nicely arranged and had multiple choices. The parking was ample and the street parking was decent and quiet. I really enjoyed the sauna which is properly functional and relaxing. Bad: The place is indeed quite distant from berlin center. We had a car and it took us nice 45 mins to reach the center. There is not much to do around this property.

OK for one night

Nothing "special" but all in all not that bad at all compare to many comments I had a look on on internet Bad: Some parts are "old" and not really "maintained" (some seats with cracks for eg and some parts of the bathroom could be more "clean" (Change the shower curtain or even remove and put a fix glass)

Affordable stay, friendly staff

Staff were friendly, the place was very nice and affordable. A supermarket is near by, the sure surroundings are quiet and the station is 5 minutes away. Thank you!

Ok place for a night’s stay passing by Berlin.

It was ok for the price we paid. Good to know is that you need a login paper for each unit you would like to connect to the WiFi. Bad: We thought that it smelled a little bit of cigarettes in the entire building which was not very pleasant.

We only stay there because we have family in this district of Berlin.

HIgh standard of bedding;helpful front desk staff. Bad: Limited menu at lunchtime/dinner time. Avoided breakfasts at 13 Euros each - not worth it in our experience from three previous stays at this hotel.

Location is very good - just 5 - 10 minutes from S bahn station and many shops are on the way. That was really convenient - we had everything we needed under our noses. Bad: Bed arrangement - twin instead of double. We moved the beds together though and the room cleaning staff did let us have our way, which was good.

the hotel has everything you need to have a nice time. the service specially mr seewald is spectacular and the rooms are nice and cosy. the location is good and you have a good connection to the center of berlin. thank you you made my stay very memorable

I don't understand all the negative reviews , I had a great stay

Notice a lot remarks of how customer service was and really do not understand this negativity, I had a great stay, met some nice staff and think they deserve to be mentioned. Can , Alina, Lukas, Pawel, Kevin and Jessie where are helpful and nice to me. Is it a 4 star hotel, no but definitely a high 3 star, I slept like a baby (4th floor), breakfast was yummi, and would come again. Only 5 minutes walk to the train, shopping nearby (kaufmarkt). Arrived with 9kg and left with 23kg. Safe travels everyone

Busy all the time, so I had only need of a bed to sleep. Comfortable bed.

Had no breakfast. Bad: Big modern hotel with very little parking Space. Typical city hotel.
